Personal use only. All copyrights to graphics in this Kit are retained by Patricia Stilo Scrap. Please give proper credit, it is always appreciated.
My creations are for personal use only and are not to be re-distributed in any way used for commercial purposes (i.e., cannot be used for any activity that generates money).
Permitted Uses
You may:
use and incorporate the Content in your personal scrapbooking layouts;
alter Content by changing the size, color, adding to or deleting from said Content;
use portions of this kit in your layouts that are submitted to scrapbooking and/or related magazines and web sites for publication as long as proper credit is given to Patricia Scrap and a link is provided to www.scrappingwhispers.com (If a website for Digital Scrapbooking allows links, please provide a link back to the kit);
print a hardcopy of Content to be used in your personal scrapbooking projects;
make one (1) copy of the Content solely for back-up purposes; you must reproduce all proprietary notices on this single back-up.
Prohibited Uses
You may not do anything with the Content that is not expressly permitted.
You may not provide a copy of the Content, or any portions thereof, to anyone or allow anyone to gain access to the Content, or any portion thereof, except as permitted above.
For greater certainty, you may NOT:
use the Content in design template applications for resale, including, without limitation, website templates, flash templates, and brochure design templates; display the Content on websites designed to induce sales of "print on demand" products, including postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items (this includes custom designed websites as well as sites such as Cafe Press (i.e. www.cafepress.com);
claim Content or altered Content as your own. You may not alter these graphics and call them your own. You may not take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own.
use the Content or any part thereof as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark, or logo;
incorporate the Content in any product that results in a re-distribution of the Content (such as electronic greeting card web sites);
use the Content in a fashion that is considered by Patricia Stilo Scrap as pornographic, obscene, defamatory or libelous in nature;
use any image in the Content that depicts a person to endorse a business, product or service;
use Content to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works;
remove any notice of copyright, trade-mark or other proprietary right from any place where it appears on or in the Content or its accompanying materials;
sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute the Content;
post a copy of the Content on a network server or web server for use by other users; or
transfer the rights to the Content or accompanying materials (if applicable), except as specifically provided for elsewhere in this Agreement.
make any Content into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way.
offer Content on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.

Commercial Use is allowed.
You may use this product for your own personal or commercial projects, with the following restrictions:
1. You may not sell, give away or otherwise make available to any other party, the contents of this archive, either in whole or in part.
2. You may not use any part of this product in such a way that individual elements of it could be extracted and use by another. This includes placing them in tubes, psd files, png files, or on layers of any other derivative product you may create. If used in any product intended to be distributed digitally, any and all elements of this product used for such purposes must be digitally merged with other images, such as backgrounds, frames or mats.
3. You may not sell the individual elements in this product to any company for the purpose of that company using them further to create new products or to distribute in any fashion. If anyone wishes to purchase them, send them to me, and I will give you a finder's fee if any sale is made.
4. You may not use this product to mass produce any product for sale. The sale of any digital product created as a derivative of any or all images in this archive is limited to 250 copies, unless prior permission is granted. You will find me easy to get along with. Just ask. The sale of products printed or placed on any physical product is not limited in number. However, you may not just print the images as they are, or sell them on t-shirts, cups, or any other physical product. You must incorporate them into a design that is predominently your own.
5. This product may not be used for any project or purpose which promotes discrimination or hate, or promotes the abuse of children.
